Official 1 Million website launches

Another few minutes spare, so I decided to take the bull by the horns and create an "Official" website for the 1 Million group.
Not sure what anyone's expecting from it, so I'm welcome to suggestions for improvements.

I'd like to make more use of the flickr API to get the pool images into the site better, rather than having to rely on the temperamental flickr slideshow. However, my knowledge of API's and such like is limited to say the least - so any help would be appreciated.

The website is hosted as a subsite of my own, but I have not placed any links back or adverts on the 1 Million site as I didnt think it would be in the spirit of the group.

Here's the link: Official 1 Million Website

Love to know what you think? Love it or hate it?

1 Million Blog begins

Welcome to the 1 Million Blog.
This is an exciting project that uses the flickr community to work together to achieve a common goal: 1 million members = 1 million photos.

Our aim is to use this massive collection of the best images on flickr in a series of books available to purchase, with all profits going to Charity.
We also hope that we will be able to hold exhibitions to raise awareness.

If you want to get involved with this mind-boggling project, go to the Official Website or the group page on flickr: 1 Million
